Another different thing to the usual stuff I post here.
I helped to marshall this event today as part of a reciprocal arrangement which some of the Battle people helping out at the Alton Bus Rally.
Some photos a bit out of focus, my poor little camera was working on the limit of its zoom.
First up the Armys assemble in Alton town centre, prior to marching through the street to the Battlefield.
Then to the battlefield site, the Flood Meadows.

A very enjoyable few hours.
I write about real ale drinking and pubs. The Watercress Line heritage railway. Preserved Leyland National buses. Co-owner of a preserved Dennis Dart bus. Also visiting other heritage railways, beer festivals and other trips. Comments welcome.
