The 9th station of my Summer Challenge was Hounslow West. Lovely Art Deco features abound in the ticket hall. The history of this station is quite complex so go here for more information.

Summer Challenge Part 8
19/7/23
The 8th station of my Summer Challenge was Osterley. On the Heathrow branch of the Piccadilly Line , until 1964, District Line trains also called here. On my journey from Acton Town (changed from Chiswick Park train) I oberved the platforms of the closed Osterley and Spring Grove station This station closed in 1934 when Osterley station opened.

Summer Challenge Part 7

An afternoon off work to photograph 3 local stations that are part of my Summer Challenge.
Chiswick Park is on the District Line with Piccadilly Line trains passing non stop on the 2 middle lines.
