I write about real ale drinking and pubs. The Watercress Line heritage railway. Preserved Leyland National buses. Co-owner of a preserved Dennis Dart bus. Also visiting other heritage railways, beer festivals and other trips. Comments welcome.

Short visit to Newcastle
11/3/16
Courtesy of Virgin Train East Coast ticket sale in January I decided Newcastle was worth a return visit.
I bought 2 First Class singles (London-Newastle) at £30 each.

I managed to get photos of most of the pubs I visited.

Finally the beers what I had:
