Tim Lloyd's 50th Birthday Celebration

I received an invitation to help celebrate Tim's 50th birthday at the Phantom brewery in Reading.

 It would also be an opportunity to drink a one off beer he helped to brew for the occassion. Hawaii 5-0  was the beer.

Siren Taproom in Reading

Opened in May 2024 I decided to spend a couple of hours in this new venue to me.

 An impressive bar and a good addition to Readings already exceellent beer scene.

The Antelope in Godalming

A visit to another taproom, the Antelope in Godalming.

A Taproom in Ewell and a Brewpub in Epsom

My first visit to these places.

 The Ewell Tap & Bottle Shop opened in August 2023.

plus cans and bottles

Then to Ewell West station for a train to Epsom

Almost got the whole of the front of the train in shot!

 

A 20 minute walk from Epsom station to the Jolly Coopers. Home of the Fuzzchat brewery.

I asked if I could photograph the brewery and a member of staff unlocked the door for me.

Just the one beer brewed here was available
