A Week in Glasgow

I went there as a delegate to my trade union's Biennial National Conference (20-22 May 2014) but went up on 17th May and returned on 24th May.

Outside of conference I visited a few pubs and also travelled over some new rail lines for me.

The conference was held at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre.


On the Monday I went to collect my conference credentials and took a few photos in the SECC area.

A 10 minute walk to Ardrossan Town station

This was a surprise find at Wemyss Bay station















On the sunday I visited 2 brewpubs. First one was Clockwork near Mount Florida station.








Then West near Bridgeton station

A varied week away in Glasgow which was great fun.
