To Hull and Back

So my first trip away for a long long time.

As well as Hull, I also visited pubs in Scarborough, Bridlington, Driffield, Beverley and Cottingham.

So apart from missing the North Riding brewpub in Scarborough it was a succesful trip.

A couple of pubs were still table service only, rest back to normal.

Favourite pub was Craft Bar in Scarborough.

A little wander around Bridlington

First stop was another micropub, the Bridbrewer and Taproom. This one also has an on site microbrewery.

 Following a tip off from the pub owner, the next stop was a small bar called the Yorkshire Tap. This had only opened about 3 weeks previously.

A quick half in the Stackhouse Bar down an alley.

My final stop was the Three B's micropub.

then train back to Hull

A few pubs in Scarborough

 11/8/21

Started with a walk to the North Riding Hotel brewpub, only to find it was currently closed on Wednesdays.

So walking back towards the 2 pubs near the station I planned to visit I stopped off for a half in the Scarborough Arms.

Next was the Craft Bar.

 

 

A third of 7 different new beers here.

 

 

Then on to the Stumble Inn micropub.

 

Three thirds were drunk here:

 

Then back to Scarborough station 

 

for the train to Bridlington

First stop was the Potting Shed that had no real ale available
