A Day Out With SNB449 on 11 June 2023

 I was invited to spend a day out on SNB449 as part of this event.

First pick up was in Dorking near the site of the long gone bus garage

Ready to return to Kingston 

We arrived in Kington a bit early so it was decided to and wait at the bus stand for the 65 route.

We then made our way to the Eden Street stop to commence the short working to Ham and back.

Back in the day the day the 65 operated services terminating at Ham for the 2 aircraft factory workers.

Just outside Dorking we stopped for a short break

A more suitable destination was set up

Then back to the yard and home.
